USPA NEWS - To enter into force, the agreement reached in Paris must be ratified by at least 55 countries accounting for 55% of greenhouse gas emissions. A threshold is now at hand. With India and its approximately 4% of global emissions, a total of 62 countries representing 52% of global emissions.

To enter into force, the agreement reached in Paris in December 2015 must be ratified by at least 55 countries accounting for 55% of greenhouse gas emissions. A threshold is now at hand. With India and its approximately 4% of global emissions, a total of 62 countries representing nearly 52% of global emissions have ratified the agreement.
